About
Dance Arts of Chelsea has been in business for over 25 years. We offer two full size studios with sprung floors, mirrors, barres, a waiting room with windows for observation, lockers, restrooms, snacks (for a minimal fee), and plenty of convenient parking.
Instructors at Dance Arts of Chelsea are professionally trained and highly qualified in their areas of expertise including dance technique, dance education, and choreography. Learn more about our instructors on the Faculty page.
Classes
Dance Arts of Chelsea offers classes for students ages 3 – adult.
Classes range from creative movement for the youngest dancers through pre-professional training for the more serious students. We offer classes in classical ballet, pointe, partnering, jazz, tap, creative movement, hiphop, modern, Cecchetti classes and exams, and summer camps and classes.
Performances
Dance Arts of Chelsea offers an annual dance recital in May to showcase the student’s past year of training.
Recitals provide stage experience for the dancers and are a source of motivation and excitement. The dancer’s feel a sense of accomplishment and pride and enjoy sharing their achievements with family and friends.
